Privacy Policy – ABNY TRAVELS

APPLICABILITY: ABNY TRAVELS (hereinafter “ABNY”) recognizes the importance of privacy for its users and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by its users as a responsible data controller and data processor.

This Privacy Policy outlines the practices for handling and securing users’ Personal Information (defined hereunder) by ABNY and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

This Privacy Policy applies to any person (‘User’) who creates a profile by registering on ABNY’s website or mobile app (the “ABNY Platform”) for accessing the ABNY Platform and facilitating the processing of booking any product(s) or service(s) made available by ABNY on the ABNY Platform.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires “you” or “your” shall mean the User, and the terms “we”, “us”, or “our” shall refer to ABNY. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the website, mobile site(s), and mobile app(s) shall be collectively referred to as the “Platform.”

By using or accessing the ABNY Platform, the User agrees with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access our Platform.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any website(s), mobile site(s), and mobile app(s) of third parties, even if their websites/products are linked to our Platform. Users should take note that information and privacy practices of ABNY’s business partners, advertisers, or other sites to which ABNY provides hyperlinks may differ materially from this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, it is recommended that you review the privacy statements and policies of any third parties with whom you interact.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of your User Agreement with ABNY, and all capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings as ascribed to them in the User Agreement.

USERS OUTSIDE THE GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITS OF INDIA: Please note that the data shared with ABNY shall primarily be processed in India and such other jurisdictions where third parties engaged by ABNY may process the data on ABNY’s behalf. By agreeing to this policy, you provide ABNY with your explicit consent to process your personal information for the purposes defined in this policy. The data protection regulations in India or such other jurisdictions may differ from those of your country of residence.

If you have any concerns regarding the processing of your data and wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by writing to the following email id: support@abny.in. However, if such processing of data is essential for us to provide services to you, then we may not be able to serve you after your withdrawal of consent.

TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND ITS LEGAL BASIS: “Personal Information” of the User shall include the information shared by the User and collected by us for the following purposes:

• Registration on the ABNY Platform: Information you provide during registration, including but not limited to personal identity details such as name, gender, age, contact details (email address, postal address, telephone numbers), and banking details (including credit/debit card) as shared by you.
• Other Information: We may also collect information including but not limited to:
  • Booking history and transaction details
  • Usernames, passwords, and other security-related details
  • Data created by you such as image files, documents, etc.
  • Any other information shared by you to facilitate bookings with service providers.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION: The Personal Information collected may be used for the following purposes:

1. While making a booking:
   • To complete bookings and confirm reservations with service providers
   • To send booking confirmations and updates
   • To allow customer service to contact you, if necessary
   • To validate and prevent misuse of your account

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? ABNY will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in this policy. Once your personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

ELIGIBILITY TO TRANSACT WITH ABNY: You must be at least 18 years old to transact with ABNY and consent to the processing of your Personal Information.
